Refund policy

Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us! We think you're going to love what you get, or we will replace it with something you will.

If you don't love with your selection, we will be happy to replace it with something that you do. Send an email to emma@bungalowhousestudio.com with your order number in the subject line and share a brief explanation of why this piece did not suit your taste. 

If the product arrives damaged, we will replace it for you free of charge. Send an email to emma@bungalowhousestudio.com with the order number in the subject line and a photo of the damaged product(s). We will replace your product(s) as soon as possible.

For returns due to any other reason, please initiate the return within 14 days of receiving the product by emailing emma@bungalowhousestudio.com . Please note that the shipping cost of the original order is non-refundable.

All sales are final. All orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be canceled.
